Hi, I’m Katrina — your fitness coach, with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and a practicing member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. I’m also an Arbonne consultant and passionate advocate for women ready to take back control of their lives.

I believe in transformation from the inside out. Through personalized 1:1 fitness coaching and clean, supportive nutrition with Arbonne, I help women reconnect with their strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I work with women who are done settling. The ones who know there’s more out there for them and are ready to go after it — unapologetically. I’m here to remind you that it’s never too late to dream bigger, rise stronger, and shoot for the moon (and if you miss? You’ll still land among the stars — but we’re aiming high, always).
